These Terms govern use of agilethoughtinc.com and purchases from agilethoughtinc, operated by Agilethought, Inc. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract, provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details, and use the site lawfully. Fraud, unlawful activity, harmful code, unauthorized data collection, and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Prices and availability may change. An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing.

Payment must be authorized before processing. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, suspected unauthorized payment, fraud, or material pricing errors. Amounts collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

Orders over US$30 in merchandise value after discounts and before shipping qualify for free standard shipping. For eligible US and UK orders, we cover applicable taxes and duties beyond the checkout total.

Processing is normally 2–3 business days and estimated delivery is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Texas law, subject to mandatory protections applying in your place of residence.
