You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email joaovill745@outlook.com with your order number and the item concerned. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Eligible returns are free of charge. Orders with a merchandise value over US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. For eligible US and UK orders, customers are not required to pay additional applicable taxes or duties beyond the checkout total.

Used, damaged, personalized, final-sale, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where the restriction was disclosed before purchase. This does not limit rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where available.

After receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally appear within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges depend on availability. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. If it has shipped, this return process applies.
